- When we find something to connect with. Be it a phrase, a word, a movie, a story, it’s special. And it’s different for everyone. Someone told me recently, “everyone has their own thing.” - Simple, yes. Unexplained, yup. But do we need to say more? This is my thing. My Jam. My whatever-you-like. I connect with music on levels many find weird, convoluted or even creepy. It’s my passion. And there is ALWAYS a song that rings true to my life at any given time.

This guy is called Jhameel and I tell ya, this one excites me so much.
Amazing, seasoned dance beats. Sure, you know where each track is going and there are no real surprises but the predictability of the music makes this so enjoyable for me.
Many friends of mine were shocked that I was so into ‘The Dance EP’. Apparently it sounds ‘just like everything else’. But I find this artist oddly refreshing and fun. Which I think is lost on a lot of music these days. So many artists are focused on being different and/or pushing the boundaries it’s a bloody competition and I think we as both consumers and artists lose sight of the real point of it all.
